Terms and Conditions

As with any modifications, there are risks involved with vehicle modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Wheel Freak, LLC holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed may not be legal in your area, and Wheel Freak, LLC holds no responsibility for misuse of any products sold.

 

Product Listing & Pricing

Wheel Freak, LLC strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, pictures, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other factors we cannot guarantee that all item information including descriptions, pictures and pricing or any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Wheel Freak, LLC shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from Wheel Freak, LLC are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. Wheel Freak, LLC does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.

 

Order Cancellation and Item Availability:

Wheel Freak, LLC strives to have all items available for shipment within 2 business days from the date the order is placed. However, due to production schedules and product availability by the manufacturer this is not always possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify item availability before ordering. If you wish to cancel an order refund will be subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee is a result of the cost incurred by issuing a refund to your credit card.

 

Return Policy:

If ordered within 30 days item(s) may be returned for store credit, less original shipping charges. Items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging (undamaged).  Customer pays return shipping on all returns unless otherwise instructed by Wheel Freak, LLC. Parts returned for cash refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges to and from Wheel Freak, LLC. The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. Orders over 30 days and parts which have been installed are non-returnable. Special order items, and on sale/clearance items are non-returnable. Under no circumstances will Wheel Freak, LLC reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to an incorrect, faulty, or defective product. Shipments which are refused will be processed as a return. 

 

Return & Exchange: Packaging

Merchandise must be securely repackaged in the original packaging. Wheel Freak, LLC will not complete the return process if merchandise is not recieved in new condition.

 

Order Cancellations and Exchanges

Wheel Freak, LLC or the manufacturer prepares each order specifically for you, the customer. Even before the merchandise makes is on its way to you, these items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. As a result, order cancellations prior to shipping shall be cahrged a 5% cancellation fee. If the wheels are a special order, than the order is not elligible for order cancellation. However, Wheel Freak, LLC can offer a courtesy exchange free of charge on merchandise that has not yet shipped (not including special orders). To receive a courtesy exchange, the customer must contact Wheel Freak, LLC before merchandise ships.

 

Refunds and Credits

Credits and refunds will be issued to the credit card or paypal used for the order. If cash, money order, check, western union, or wire transfer payment, Wheel Freak, LLC  will refund the order by check to the shipping address. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.

 

Shipping:

Wheel Freak, LLC will make every attempt to ship, or have your order shipped using the method you selected at checkout. In some instances items are out of stock or special order and will ship directly from their manufacturers. In these cases some manufacturers shipping methods may vary. For example, some manufacturers do not ship using UPS but instead use Fedex. Likewise many manufactures do not ship using USPS. In these instances Wheel Freak, LLC reserves the right to ship your order using an alternate shipping method. If this does occur and you paid for a more expensive shipping service, please submit a request for a refund of the difference in shipping cost. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Wheel Freak, LLC is sometimes able to make certain accommodations for our international customers. When making requests please be aware you as the customer are accepting liability if the package and/or items is lost or damaged in transit. All international shipments are sent with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Your country may assess import taxes/duties and/or a customs brokerage fee. This is not included in shipping charges and not charged by Wheel Freak, LLC

Please open all packages immediately to confirm no items are damaged or missing. If items are missing or damaged please contact our support team at supportfreak@wheelfreak.com All claims for missing and/or damaged items must be sent to our support team within 5 business days of delivery.

Under no circumstances will Wheel Freak, LLC ship using a customer’s or 3rd party shipping account. 

Credit Card Authorization:

In order to prevent credit card fraud Wheel Freak, LLC requires first time customers shipping to a non-billing address to complete a credit card authorization form. The form is available below at the bottom of the page. Please complete to form and email the form to orderfreak@wheelfreak.com
